![]() The account you are trying to mail no longer exists - it may have been shut down, or you may have misspelled the username or domain (make sure you check email error messages carefully). The most common permanent user problem is, of course, User Unknown. A message sent a Pen Publishing account is forwarded to another mailbox if that account is set to forward to Pen Publishing, then a mail loop is created: mail goes from Pen Publishing to the mailbox back to Pen Publishing back to the mailbox, et cetra, until the loop is ascertained and the message returned to its sender. In general, a "too many hops" error indicates a mail loop: the user has two accounts, forwarding to each other, which creates an endless loop. For instance: Improper forwarding causing mail loop Other types of errors that should be quickly fixed can be caused by users misconfiguring their own email accounts. You should try to reduce the size of the message, or try to split the email into smaller parts and resend it. These errors mean that the size of the message, including all headers, text and attachments, exceeds the domain's maximum per-message size limit - essentially, that your email is too big to be accepted. However, especially with free accounts, this message could actually mean the user no longer checks the account a good rule of thumb is if you continue to receive this error for more than two weeks, it is likely that the account is no longer in use.ĥ52 Message size exceeds fixed maximum message size (5000000)ĥ52 message size exceeds maximum message sizeĥ52 Message size exceeds fixed maximum message size: 5242880 bytes ![]() This error will stop as soon as the recipient makes additional room in their mailbox (usually by removing old messages from the server), so you should probably resend your message a little later. What I really need is to contact someone from business services, but given how their support systems are set up it's seemingly impossible to do without a viable login, which I don't actually have.Email error messages can be broken down into three groups. So I'm kind of out of options at this point. They also say there's no possible way for them to contact business services on their end, which is absolutely ridiculous since they work for the same company. When I've used online support, they always say they only can assist with personal products and repeatedly refer me back to the same phone number and online services login that won't work in my situation. The business services phone number is exclusively automated and refers me right back online presumably because I don't have a viable account email or phone number to give the bot. I have tried to sign into the business services online, but I can't access them with any of my email accounts or phone numbers (my personal email address says I require a business email to login and the others say they aren't associated with an account). Given that I'm receiving invoices, I'm naturally concerned about my name being associated with incomplete bills and would to get this account shut down. So I presume someone else used my personal email to sign up for the communications/billing sections of this service while using their own business information to access the services. ![]() ![]() My most recent one said the billing ID was "Aaron Turner" but that's not even my last name. ![]() Then I struggled to find this chat option for a while because most of support tries to get you to submit a ticket through Azure which it won't let me do because it says I don't even have an account (presumably because I only have my personal email)īut now I'm getting billing invoices and everything and I don't really understand what's happening. I emailed back a sales rep who contacted me about additional options but she said she couldn't help me I tried to investigate this but found that my email account won't even let me sign into these services because it says it requires a business email. So 1/19/22 I started getting a ton of emails from you guys about Microsoft Azure and basic business 365 subscriptions that I didn't actually do. I have seemingly exhausted every possible option aside from posting here, so here's what's been going on. ![]()
